Must say, after 4.5 years of owning a business in Michigan, the SSDI crew has decided to recind on all previous decisions, saying I owe 3 years of SSDI payments back to them, and I am a liar and a cheat. I am a disabled MD that started a business 4.5 years ago and currently cannot practice medicine even though I maintain my licenses to hopefully one day get well enough again with an inner ear chip device. But for now, I am just doing payroll, and banking at home via intranet.
They actually sent a fact sheet to my advocate stating I was a medical administrator with a speciality in gerontology, and that the AMA said this physician position was worth 84 dollars an hour for SGA activity. Not only is this grossly untrue, but my license(s) in 3 states is in jeopardy as I am practicing administrative medicine in a specialty I am not trained or certified in, and my butt is out there for all to sue with my business as I do not have liability insurance to practice medicine, even adminstrative, and my small private disability company can stop my payments and charge me with fraud.
They demean me when I speak to them, and I am searching for someone to help me stop what they are doing before they completely destroy me. If anyone can help, please email me at: maurerdocsue@aol.com
